What kinds of sessions do you offer?
Senior portraits, weddings, engagements, professional headshots and personal branding, families, events, creative portraits and sports. See Sessions & Pricing for every package.
Is there a retainer?
Yes. A 30% retainer reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due before your session or event. Your date is held once your agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are in your agreement.
How far ahead do I need to book?
You can book up to 7 days before the date you want. Popular dates go fast, so earlier is better.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 14 days before your session and the rest of your payment is returned. If you cancel later than that, or don’t show, no money is refunded.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, as long as you reschedule at least 14 days before your session. Later than that, the booking is forfeited and a new booking is needed.
Where do I find my child’s picture day photos?
Go to School Picture Day, choose your school and open the gallery. The passcode is your child’s birthday as MM/DD/YY.
How are student photos kept private?
Each student’s gallery is locked separately, files are named by number instead of names, and originals are kept on a private drive. Student photos are never posted without a signed release.
How do I get my session photos?
Your edited images arrive in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints and albums.
